Premier Paradise is the studio of Jeromey Naugle — one team, family owned, carrying every commission from first sketch to first swim since 2008.

Each commission is designed once, engineered properly, and never repeated. In seventeen years we have not built the same concept twice, and no client has ever asked us to.

Jeromey entered this trade stocking shelves. He has held nearly every job in it since — service technician, construction manager, designer. He knows what a skimmer costs, what a crew needs, and what a drawing must contain before concrete is worth pouring, because at some point each of those was his job.
As a designer for a volume builder, he kept drawing water the company would not build. In 2008 — at his wife's urging — he founded Premier Paradise to build it himself.
Study with the Genesis 3 Design Group, years of self-directed work in architecture and hydraulics, and a standing rule that no design leaves the studio before he has walked the property. The result is a design-build firm where the person who draws the concept stands in the excavation.

Co-founded with landscape architect Kurt Kraisinger of Lorax Design Group — a national collaborative of the country's leading architects, landscape architects, designers and builders of luxury outdoor environments. Plenty of builders join organizations. Jeromey built one.
A spa hung off Camelback Mountain on steel beams, supplied by bucket up forty stairs, because the view demanded that spot and no other. Every commission since has begun the same way: as a blank page, on the property.

These are hydraulic and structural decisions, made early, by people who have made them for two decades. We name them plainly — hydraulic design, structural engineering, edge tolerances, the acoustics of moving water — because they are the work. Everything else is decoration.

We accept a limited number of design-build commissions each year, typically beginning at $1M, most often as part of a larger outdoor program — pool, spa, kitchen, fire, shade and landscape considered as one composition. Many clients work with us through their architect or estate manager; we are accustomed to being one discreet part of a larger team.
